1. The service

NepaliConvert provides free online tools for converting Nepali text between Unicode and Preeti, converting and compressing images, cropping images, extracting text from images (OCR) and creating QR codes. The tools run in your web browser. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.

2. Accuracy of results

We work hard to make our tools accurate, but automated conversion and text recognition can make mistakes. Results are provided for convenience and you are responsible for checking them before relying on them, especially for official applications, legal documents, printing or publication. Always test QR codes on real devices before printing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Create content or QR codes that link to malware, phishing, scams or other illegal material.
• Process content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the website's operation, for example by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text and files you process. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive, store or claim any rights over your content.

5. Intellectual property

The website's design, text, guides and original code belong to NepaliConvert. The tools use open-source libraries, which remain under their own licenses. "Preeti" and other font names belong to their respective owners. We do not distribute fonts.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The website shows advertisements and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising works on this site.

7. No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NepaliConvert is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or its results, including lost data, rejected applications or printing costs.
